Important information:
-All players should have their own batting helmet.
-Players will be drafted to teams by coaches and we cannot guarantee that friends will be together.
-Drafts will factor in siblings in the same division and teams will be separated as equitably as possible based on ranking from previous years play as well as scoring at assessments.
-Two coaches per team are required at each level. Criminal record checks are required and will be reimbursed by the league.
-Schedule will be created for the entire season after registrations are closed. Divisions will play on consistent weeknights as much as possible (i.e. Tuesdays and Thursdays or Mondays and Wednesdays and some Sundays). Tball will be played Sundays 6:00-7:00pm
Please note: we will only be able to determine which nights once we know how many registrations and teams we have per division (Availability of fields to accommodate all teams and divisions is a major factor).
-REFUND POLICY – If after the schedule is determined, your child has a conflict and can no longer play, you may request a refund for up to two weeks after the schedule release date. There is a $5 fee for refunds to cover bank fees.
Year-End Tournament and Banquet
The year end tournament dates TBD as waiting on city approval of dates. This includes tournament play, skills competition, Division all star game and awards.
